British Bangladeshi Mansoor Ahmad honoured with Parliamentary Reception at the House of Commons of the UK Parliament
Recipient of numerous national, international humanitarian prestigious awards, prizes and recognitions British Bangladeshi Mansoor Ahmad has recently been honoured with the all members Parliamentary Reception at the House of Commons of the UK Parliament. He attended to an exclusive event at the invitation of all member Parliamentary Reception on Wednesday, the 21st January 2026 held at the House of Commons of the UK Parliament. All Member Parliamentary Reception took place in the Jubilee Room, Westminster Hall, House of Commons, UK Parliament and was attended with special guest the Rt Hon Pat McFadden MP, Secretary of State for Work & Pension in the UK.
Among attendees the event was attended by Members of Parliament (MPs), Members of the House of Lords (Peers), All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) Members, Industry Leaders & Stakeholders, Policy-makers & Advisors etc.
Mansoor was toured of Parliament and spoke with the Rt Hon Pat McFadden MP, Secretary of State for Work & Pension who made high appreciation of Mansoor’s vast contribution to the cause of humanity and community cohesion and integration through contributing to the development of education, charity, social relations, and religious coexistence. Mansoor was also privileged to meet and discuss on various humanitarian and community issues with MPs, Lords and charity leaders.
Mansoor Ahmad has been involved with many National & International voluntary organizations and charity groups and has voluntarily been contributing for the services of the humanity for a period of 19 years. He has been honoured with a good number Awards, Prizes and Recognitions like International Humanitarian Prize, British Empire Medal, British Citizen Award, House of Lords Award for Community, Cohesion and Integration, All England Lawn Tennis Club Recognition, British Community Honours Award for Education, Mayor’s Covid-19 Award, Lord Lieutenant of Greater London Recognition, School Governor Award, Community Awards. Such recognitions illustrate the vastness and profoundness of Mansoor’s contributions to peaceful coexistence and cohesion in the world. Thus, it is evident from Mansoor’s spectrum of contribution that he has worked tirelessly for community cohesion, integration, and the creation of peaceful societies.
Mansoor Ahmad has attended many national and international forums and spoke on various humanitarian issues. He addressed United Kingdom Houses of Parliament, European Humanitarian Forum (Brussels), International Forum of Civic Participation (Moscow), Humanitarian Xchange, (London), United Nations (Geneva) etc. He also authored numerous articles published in prestigious national, international journals, magazines and daily newspapers.
Mansoor Ahmad is a qualified accountant and has been serving as Manager, Accounts and Finance with Al Shirkatul Islamiyyah, one of the largest charities in UK.
